Lauren B:
“On Wednesday, pupils in Year 8 took part in a Cyber Challenge competing against other schools. We were put in teams of four, and had to work together to face different levels of coding. It was quite challenging, as many of the questions involved analysing skills but at the end we managed to solve a few. I enjoyed this experience and would definitely love to do it again!”
Aliza:
“The challenge was split into four episodes, the complete task named "Kate's Story." Kate's story was about a girl who has a Mum in an important position in the government. Kate was an active user and our job was to investigate her social media. I started on Episode 1, and I had to analyse a photo using a program to find information hidden inside the image such as exactly when and where it was taken. After I finished, I helped the others in my group, as we all had to try and complete all four episodes. We all had to work together to get as many points as we could.”
