Economics can be taken as a full A Level at Badminton. The insights it offers into the problems faced today by businesses and governments helps pupils to make informed judgements about British, European and global issues. The subject also offers a strong platform for university-level study in Economics, Business and Accountancy.

The Department encourages pupils to read about the world around them and we hold regular discussions about news articles and nationwide events. There is a weekly Business Club, and pupils also have the chance to take part in the Bank of England Target 2.0 competition and the Student Investor Challenge.
