Piano Masterclass with Peter Donohoe CBE

The Music Department had the huge honour of hosting the world-famous pianist, Peter Donohoe CBE for a masterclass and concert on Monday.

Four Badminton pianists played brilliantly for Peter and he provided expert coaching for them. One pupil remarked that: "I never thought this type of opportunity would be available for a school pupil". Following Peter's masterclass, he performed a recital to a packed hall at St Monica Trust with a dazzling repertoire including Chopin and Grieg. It was a truly fantastic musical afternoon for all involved and an unforgettable experience for our budding pianists.
