Acorns 2 have had two lovely afternoons at Forest School. They enjoyed learning about the rules that they had to follow to stay safe during the sessions, which included being kind and caring to the flora and fauna.
The girls hugged trees to say thank you to them, rolled down hills, made potions and lotions in the mud kitchen, went on a Rainbow treasure hunt, dug for worms and hunted for bugs, made daisy chains, bird nests and fairy houses, got really muddy, did some weaving with flowers and leaves, worked together with their friends, and at the end of a busy time enjoyed a hot chocolate with biscuits and ginormous marshmallows around Base Camp.
The weather was kind to us, and the girls had a fabulous time!
