The Junior School celebrated the Harvest Festival this week. We are hugely indebted to all of the girls and their families for such incredible support of our chosen charity The North Bristol Foodbank.
This time last year the foodbank provided an incredible 2,000 food parcels to local families in crisis. Sadly this year, they have provided over 7,000 parcels and the need continues to grow. We enjoyed a really positive Assembly, looking at the key elements of ‘Living, Giving and Loving’, and the idea of the rainbow being a symbol of hope. We collected 16 huge crates of gifts so a big thank you and well done to everyone who contributed.
The girls were delighted to be able to give hope and support to those in Bristol who need it most.
