On Saturday 17th March, girls in Years 10, 11, Lower Sixth and Upper Sixth, as well as some pupils from QEH, were able to benefit from 16 seminars and 21 information stands at our annual Careers Fair.
There were several talks held by individuals involved in various fields and careers, all of which were very interesting and useful for everyone attending. There was a real variety of subjects, ranging from people involved in the fashion industry to people who use a mixture of Science and Law in their career as a Patent Attorney. All of the stalls, including those set up by people holding talks, were manned by professionals who all had vital information about possible occupations and opportunities available in our lives. As someone who is unsure of what I want to do in the future, the Careers Fair was really helpful, supplying me with information about possibilities that I want to consider that will help me to make an informed decision about my next steps.
