On Wednesday 10th June, five members of the Junior School Gardening Club went to the BBC studios on Whiteladies Road for a wildlife gardening event. Present at the event was the well known celebrity plant hunter Tom Hart Dyke, who entertained us with tales of his expeditions and who also answered questions from the children. Following this question and answer session we set about planting the studio gardens with wild flower plugs, with the aim of 'wilding' the whole strip in front of the building. It was a fascinating few hours and we look forward to seeing how our hard work blossoms in the coming years.
